We live in an age of hyper-documented warfare: evidence of atrocities is widely circulated on social media, and is collected, analyzed, and archived in the hope of bringing perpetrators to justice. But with the international legal system under unprecedented threat, it is getting far more difficult to hold bad actors to account. What is the future of international law? Is evidence enough to protect human rights?
